Medicine Melodies was founded in its current form in 2018, is owned by Kristian Marcussen, pianist, composer and lecturer, and has 1 employee, namely Mette Munch, who is a visual artist and artistic employee.
Kristian Marcussen
Kristian Marcussen is educated at three different music conservatories in Denmark and Austria, in the subjects classical piano, jazz piano, rhythmic piano, rhythmic theory and pedagogy. At the age of 28, he had a sudden and violent psychosis, and this was a turning point in his life. In addition to a life of music, he now had a life of illness, and it became challenging in a different way. Over time, he decided to share his lived experiences with the outside world in the hope that it could benefit others. So he slowly shifted focus from pianistic work to lecturing, including on the importance of music for well-being and personal development.
Mette Munch
Mette Munch’s art is expressive, drawing inspiration from her fascination with the human psyche and emotional states. With a distinctive personal and artistic voice, she often depicts inner experiences in her work, embracing experimentation and exploring new boundaries.
